How do I upload my handwritten note?
Click on the product you want to buy in the 'Embroidery Options' section and, during the ordering process, you can upload a clear, well-lit photo of your note directly on the product page. For best results, ensure the photo is taken directly from above without shadows.
Is my original note returned to me?
I only need a digital photo of your note for the embroidery process, so your original note stays safely in your hands.
How long does the embroidery process take?
Each piece is digitised and embroidered with care. Typically, orders are completed and dispatched within 7 days, but if you have an urgent request please email and I'll try my best to help.
What handwriting works best?
Any handwriting can be embroidered. I can also move words around or remove them altogether. You can even combine 2 or more pieces of handwriting to create one message. Please email if you want to discuss options available.
Can you remove background marks from old notes?
Yes absolutely, the digitising process includes cleaning the background so there's no need to worry if your handwriting is old or discoloured.
